This SAB anthem freqently employs the use of the lowered seventh scale degree to add an interesting melodic flavor. While it is written for SAB choir, the majority of the anthem is sung in unison. The simple part-writing and canons on the last two pages should make this selection very accessible for any choir. Suitable for Palm Sunday, Christ the King or Advent.
