This bright, joyful melding of the three French carols: Sing We Now of Christmas; He Is Born and Carol of the Birds features contrasting sections of rhythmic punctuation with fluid, melodic ones and lots of expressive dynamic contrast. The adapted texts are in English, making this work accessible to a variety of groups. Available in five voicings to meet the needs of most any ensemble, it is equally appropriate for both school and church settings.
